Payment
- Payment of room rental required at time of reservation
- Payment of kids admission required prior to entry
- $50.00 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations
- Minimum four (4) day written cancellation notice required prior to the room reservation date for refund (excluding administration fee) - no refunds for cancellations received after the minimum four day cancellation notice period

- Maximum number of guests (children & adults) based on reservation size
- Maximum number of expected guests (children & adults) must be confirmed at time of reservation. Additional charges for additional guests over maximum reservation will apply
- No guarantee that the facility will have sufficient capacity to accommodate the arrival of unexpected guests exceeding initial guest reservation size – admission of unexpected guests may not be permitted

Birthday Cakes
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, however no ice cream or nut products are permitted. Your birthday cake must be transported directly into your party room and remain in your party room for the duration of your party.
